Thought the problem was Thermos relief valve as that replaced and now unsure what pressure issue may be. Once pressure is released or if the spray gun trigger held open it will run strong until builds up. 3100psi 2.8gpm. In excellent condition recently serviced with oil change and new Thermos relief valve.

It does start and runs strong however once water pressure builds bogs down stalls.
